Linda Zetterman is a textile artist, designer and dyer. She always strives to find sustainable solutions for both humans and nature in her practice. Her work ranges from product design, art projects and crafted objects. She is one of two founders of Boom craft studio who collaborates with textile artisans in Kutch, India making limited editions of textiles and pigments. Her design process most often starts with an interest in a certain material or technique that leads her towards the final aesthetic outcome. Her aim is to make long lasting high quality products or objects with a clear presence of the hand. In her artistic practice she explores materiality, surface and hues through natural indigo and other dye plant pigments and through interactive art projects. Linda also conducts workshops and lectures on the topics of indigo and natural dyeing "From seed to dye".
